It is a professional association of broadcasting organizations. It holds Seminars, Conferences and Workshops for the members which are attended by PBC officers.PBC is a full member of ABU

Asia-Pacific Institute for Broadcasting Development (AIBD)
Malaysia

AIBD is an International Institute for Development of Broadcasting in the Asia-Pacific Region. For this purpose, AIBD organizes training courses/seminars free of cost, as no course fees are charged. PBC is a full member of AIBD

Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM) Consortium, United Kingdom

The Digital Radio Mondiale has awarded membership to PBC. Digital Radio Mondiale is a set of digital audio broadcasting technologies designed to work over the bands currently used for analogue radio broadcasting including AM broadcasting, particularly shortwave, and FM broadcasting.

Islamic States Broadcasting Services Organization (ISBO),
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
